The Solé family has always spent their summers harvesting peaches in Alcarràs, a small village in Catalonia. But this year’s harvest may be their last one as the land has new owners that intend to install solar panels and uproot all trees. The family’s livelihood is threatened and the closely-knit family is facing an unpredictable future.

Following her beautiful first film “Summer 1993”, Carla Simón again describes the idyllic life in Catalonia, where traditional human activities are part of the cycle of life impacted by the volatile climate.
