40 years after leaving Naples as a result of an accident, Felice Lasso comes back to his hometown. He has already built a successful construction business in Egypt, he lives a happy life there with his wife and he has never meant to return to Italy. His mother’s deteriorating health though has caused him to go back to Naples after so many years and he feels grateful for the chance to be with her in her last days. Full of nostalgia, he explores the streets of his wild youth, but when the news about his arrival spreads, Felice realizes that not everyone is ready to welcome him back  …
