Marcia, a young sophisticated Parisian singer, records an album with her idol, Daredjane, a 1970s rock icon. When he dies, Marcia needs to get the approval of Anthony, who holds Daredjane’s rights, so that she can release the album. Anthony does not like her music. Their two worlds clash – the world of good and bad taste, sophistication and rudeness, sincerity and lies. Unless love gets in the way.
